So I am sad to say my dear friend Carma pasted on Feb. 3rd due to cancer. I will always miss her. She was more than a friend to me she was like a mother. I know she touched so many peoples lives. She never placed judgment on anyone. She was always a loving friend. I felt as if I always could say anything to her, and that kind of friendship will be truly missed. I will miss her so much!!! I love you Carma!!! I still hear our talks and your laugh and always will!!!!

I am so sorry for your loss Belynda. She looks like a wonderful person who lived a very special life to have touched you as she did.
Someone whose blog I follow wrote this about her grandmother's passing. It rang so true for me thinking back to my grandparents and their generation when they passed. I wrote a blog on it, and there is a link to my friends blog too if your interested in reading it. Here is an excerpt from my friend's comments:
"What a bittersweet process it is to watch someone go. He (God)uses those last hours of suffering to bring you to a point where you long for her to depart and be with the Lord, more than you long to keep her here. It makes the letting go more sweet than bitter, because, though your heart breaks, you ache more for her wholeness than your own."
