Me and my Journey

September 1st 2009, I started to really take care of myself. By eating right and working out. I always put everyone before me, and that is good to a certain point. I wanted to change the way I felt about myself, and really do it this time. So I'm am happy to say I'm down 25lbs and it's March 11th 2010. I still have some work ahead of me, but I know I can do anything when I set my mind to it. I feel very good about myself these days. I wish I cloud buy all new fun cloths. I work at Stein Mart and I love the fact that I can see all the great sales. The other day I got a great shirt for $3.34. So yea, little at a time I will get more cloths. I have gone from a size 18/16 to 12/10. I did take in some of my bigger shirts though. That was really cool. So my journey continues. What has really helped me is drinking Fat Free Milk with every meal, and of course staying away from the good stuff, well most of the time. lol

Carma feb. 3rd

So I am sad to say my dear friend Carma pasted on Feb. 3rd due to cancer. I will always miss her. She was more than a friend to me she was like a mother. I know she touched so many peoples lives. She never placed judgment on anyone. She was always a loving friend. I felt as if I always could say anything to her, and that kind of friendship will be truly missed. I will miss her so much!!! I love you Carma!!! I still hear our talks and your laugh and always will!!!!

Haiti Donations

So some of you know through my FB that Tony's stores had a blue box in his stores for donations to Haiti. Well long story short, we somehow ended up with one of those box's here at the house. I had the idea to bring it to Miranda's preschool and see if they were willing to collect donation there as well. They said yes, and together we really made a difference!!!! So thank you to Neighborhood Preschool and all the families that donated!!!!!

I want to thank Beth and Trevor for bringing everything to our house on Christmas!!! We were going to have Christmas at my sisters house but my Mom got really sick and could not travel. Beth and Trevor were so nice to pack all Christmas dinner up and bring it all over here so we could be together!!!! It was so nice!!!! Thank you!!!!

So there you have it. We had a great Holiday with great family, health and food.
I am now recovering from getting my tonsils out!!! Got them out on the 4th.
That was not fun at all!!!! And I can't wait for another great year here in 2010!!!

Christmas Eve and Christmas 2009

We went to Cranes Roost on Christmas Eve, it was really nice. Here is all the nieces and nephews all together!!!! Ariel, Zak, Preston, Miranda. It was really great!!! Miranda was over taking pic's. But Zak was so sweet and told her if she would be happy he would give her something special. It turned out to be a hug and a kiss!!! I thought that was so sweet!!! So did Miranda!!! I really wish they all lived closer!!!
